Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end AI architectures for large-scale distributed systems, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Lead the R&D strategy for our 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines to reduce latency and operational costs.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance in all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Proven experience architecting systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
