Your Impact:

Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Define and oversee the technical execution of the 2026 AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Model Governance: Lead the design and implementation of proprietary machine learning models, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions into broader software ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability with legacy systems.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor model accuracy and system throughput, implementing optimizations to reduce costs and improve speed.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused specifically on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of designing scalable systems that handle massive data volumes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI).
