Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning models and neural networks focused on 2026 technology standards.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including generative AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency to meet enterprise-grade production requirements.
- Mentorship & Strategy: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Future-Proofing: Identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies to ensure our systems remain relevant and competitive in the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field. (or equivalent extensive experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and data pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
