Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI Roadmap, identifying key technologies and milestones.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning architectures for enterprise applications.
- Lead architectural reviews and technical decision-making processes for complex AI integrations.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading teams through large-scale technical transformations.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable technical plans.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
