Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our core AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security for the 2026 release cycle.
- Define and oversee the technical vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI and predictive modeling.
- Mentor and manage a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure best practices are followed across all engineering departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to drive efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of designing scalable systems handling high-throughput data.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Learning architectures, and NLP.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
