Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for AI integration, focusing on next-gen neural networks and edge computing.
- Architect Spatial Solutions: Design robust architectures for spatial computing applications, ensuring low-latency and high-accuracy user experiences.
- Model Development & Optimization: Spearhead the development, training, and optimization of large-scale machine learning models tailored for immersive environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and hardware engineers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric products.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols regarding bias, transparency, and privacy.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture, with a focus on spatial or multi-modal interfaces.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Familiarity with spatial computing frameworks (e.g., ARKit, OpenXR) is a strong plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system architectures and optimize for performance and scalability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
