Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures capable of supporting autonomous agents and complex decision-making loops for 2026 standards.
- Lead the migration of legacy ML models to next-generation distributed computing frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce computational overhead for edge devices.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model transparency, and explainable AI (XAI).
- Conduct research on emerging AI trends, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Transformer evolution.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI models at scale.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision (CV) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is a plus.
