Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks optimized for 2026 deployment.
- Architect MLOps pipelines ensuring high availability, low latency, and secure data handling.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to translate research prototypes into production systems.
- Define and implement ethical AI guidelines and bias mitigation strategies at the architectural level.
- Collaborate with product leaders to align AI capabilities with business goals and user experiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Proven experience designing architectures for Large Language Models or Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and GPU optimization.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
