Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI Strategy for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives and long-term vision.
- Spearhead research and development in Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics to drive product innovation.
- Lead a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid prototyping.
- Collaborate with C-level executives and product managers to translate complex AI concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Monitor emerging industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our architecture remains compliant and future-proof.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable neural networks and edge computing solutions across global markets.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level AI solutions from concept to production.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and responsible machine learning practices.
