Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the high-level technical strategy and system design for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- R&D Pioneering: Spearhead research and development in cutting-edge machine learning paradigms, including reinforcement learning and neural-symbolic AI.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large-scale AI models with a focus on low-latency inference and high throughput.
- Talent Mentorship: Lead a team of brilliant engineers, conducting code reviews, technical architecture reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic visions into executable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI systems architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- System Design: Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, and high-availability system design.
- Innovation: Proven track record of deploying AI solutions that solve complex, real-world problems at scale.
