Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to enable advanced capabilities for future software releases.
- Mentor and guide a team of world-class data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering leads to integrate AI solutions into core business products seamlessly.
- Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of data security, scalability, and ethical AI practices.
- Define and evangelize technical standards for the AI research team.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems.
- Strong proficiency in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
