Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and AGI readiness.
- Design Advanced Architectures: Architect robust, fault-tolerant systems for large-scale LLM deployment and edge computing.
- Lead Model Development: Oversee the research and implementation of proprietary neural network architectures.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, security, and research teams to translate technical concepts into production-ready features.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Drive performance improvements for inference latency and training efficiency using cutting-edge hardware.
- AI Safety & Ethics: Implement guardrails and alignment protocols to ensure safe deployment of autonomous agents.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and large-scale system design.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions.
- Future-Ready Skills: Experience with quantum computing interfaces, edge AI deployment, or federated learning is a major plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor senior engineers and lead high-performance teams.
