Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Agentic AI frameworks for enterprise automation.
- Lead the integration of next-gen LLMs (GPT-5, Claude 4) into real-time applications.
- Optimize neural network architectures for reduced latency and higher accuracy.
- Collaborate with product leadership to define the technical vision for 2026.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance in all AI implementations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building AI/ML systems at scale.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformer models, and Vector Databases.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning models.
