Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and Machine Learning systems for complex enterprise challenges.
- Lead the architectural strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring long-term scalability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and reduce cloud costs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Quantum computing, and Edge AI.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience designing MLOps pipelines and model versioning strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
