Responsibilities

- Pioneering Research: Spearhead the integration of emerging technologies, including Neuromorphic computing and large language model fine-tuning for niche applications.
- System Scalability: Architect fault-tolerant systems that ensure 99.999% uptime as we scale towards global deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Develop and enforce frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring transparency and fairness in automated decision systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and UX designers to translate complex technical capabilities into user-centric 2026-ready products.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust. Proven track record deploying LLMs (Large Language Models) and computer vision systems.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
