Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready AI Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including generative models and autonomous agents.
- Optimize Neural Pathways: Continuously improve model efficiency, reducing latency and increasing computational accuracy.
- Define Ethical Standards: Establish guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment in 2026 environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and data scientists to translate technical vision into actionable roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in designing large-scale AI systems and machine learning platforms.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex technical transformations.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
