- Drive innovation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and autonomous decision-making algorithms.
- Conduct high-level research to identify emerging trends in AI ethics and quantum computing integration.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives from concept to production in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical AI governance principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
