You will be responsible for designing the next generation of scalable, efficient, and ethical AI systems that will power our global platform.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance AI infrastructure capable of scaling to petabyte-level data processing.
- Lead the architectural strategy for integrating Quantum-ready algorithms into our current stack.
- Oversee the development of proprietary model training pipelines and optimization frameworks.
- Ensure model robustness, fairness, and explainability in all deployed solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical roadmaps for the 2026 timeline.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 7+ years of experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and machine learning architectures.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with experience in Rust or Go for backend systems.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models with high availability.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
