Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure pipelines optimized for high-throughput, low-latency inference.
- Architect robust distributed systems to support large-scale LLM (Large Language Model) training and fine-tuning.
- Lead the integration of MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, and automated monitoring.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate research prototypes into production-ready software.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Drive technical strategy for GPU cluster management and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) and GPU optimization (CUDA).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Familiarity with AI regulatory frameworks and ethical AI principles.
