Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructure: Design and deploy robust machine learning pipelines that handle petabytes of data with real-time latency.
- Lead Research & Innovation: Spearhead research into Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Quantum Machine Learning integration.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric AI features.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a strong portfolio of published papers or production-ready models.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Model Mastery: Deep understanding of Neural Networks, NLP, and Computer Vision architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
