Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise scalability and long-term viability.
- Define the operational roadmap for AI integration, anticipating technological shifts up to the year 2026 and beyond.
- Establish rigorous AI ethics and compliance frameworks to ensure responsible deployment in sensitive sectors.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize compute resources, reduce latency, and improve model efficiency.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable software development life cycle (SDLC) requirements.
- Oversee the integration of quantum computing basics into our predictive algorithmic infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS).
- Strong understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and ethical AI principles.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technological trends and their business implications.
