Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for autonomous agents and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Model Optimization: Drive research into model quantization, distillation, and edge deployment to enhance inference speed and efficiency.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of researchers and engineers in exploring cutting-edge methodologies, including Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end MLOps pipeline, ensuring robust monitoring, logging, and reliability in production environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in automated decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX with a proven track record of deploying complex machine learning models.
- Generative AI Expertise: Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, Attention mechanisms, and modern NLP techniques.
- Experience Level: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in high-scale production environments.
- Mathematical Foundation: Solid grasp of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics required for algorithm optimization.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical strategy within cross-functional teams.
