Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial offerings
- Analyze global tech ecosystems to identify partnership and investment opportunities
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a cross-functional innovation lab team
- Monitor ethical implications and sustainability impacts of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends and driving innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
