Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns across the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, and engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster technical growth.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML frameworks, and cloud technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
