Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable microservices for the Project 2026 core infrastructure using modern cloud-native patterns.
- Lead technical strategy for integrating generative AI models into high-volume production workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain the highest engineering standards.
- Optimize database performance, data pipelines, and latency for mission-critical AI workloads.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a specific focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Strong background in distributed systems, high availability, and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams effectively.
