Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, specifically targeting 2026 scalability requirements.
- Lead the architecture of neural networks and deep learning systems for Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize inference pipelines to ensure low latency and high throughput in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model reliability and fairness.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, neural networks, and optimization algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
