Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deploy AI features.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of machine learning models.
- Evaluate and benchmark new algorithms to ensure state-of-the-art performance and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation within the AI squad.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
