Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Models: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI models tailored for enterprise scalability.
- Optimize Inference Pipelines: Enhance model performance and reduce latency to ensure real-time AI interactions.
- Develop Agentic Workflows: Build autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning and autonomous task execution.
- Collaborate on Ethical AI: Implement fairness, accountability, and transparency standards in AI development.
- Mentor Junior Engineers: Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed training frameworks.
- Model Optimization: Strong background in model quantization, pruning, and deployment strategies (vLLM, ONNX).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
