Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for production use.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize ML pipelines for speed, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous research on novel algorithms and implement them in code.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the engineering department.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and explainability of our AI models.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
