Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of next-generation AI architectures, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists to deliver high-performance, scalable software solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment automation within a distributed environment.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization to ensure systems handle massive data throughput.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge computing to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing cloud-native microservices architecture on AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
