Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the R&D strategy for Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive product innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and explainability (XAI).
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience designing and optimizing algorithms for high-performance computing environments.
- Proven track record of deploying production-level AI models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
