Responsibilities
- Design scalable ML pipelines for real-time data processing and autonomous decision systems

Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML development with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed training frameworks
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences or equivalent industry impact
- Proficiency in MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Strong background in computer vision, NLP, or reinforcement learning
- Experience with ethical AI governance and bias mitigation
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent technical leadership
