Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models with a focus on production performance and latency.
- LLM Development: Lead the implementation and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex business problems.
- MLOps Pipeline: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless model lifecycle management, monitoring, and retraining.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor model accuracy and efficiency, implementing best practices to reduce costs and improve inference speed.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on coding standards, architecture, and AI best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python and deep familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Technical Depth: Solid understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
