Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms.
- Lead the technical strategy for MLOps, model optimization, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and NLP.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with LLMs, Transformers, and RAG architectures.
- Deep knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
