Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for production environments using cloud-native solutions (AWS/GCP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model versioning, and ethical AI implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, LLMs, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Architecting Solutions: Lead the end-to-end development of AI models from research to production deployment.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance metrics and resource utilization.
- Data Strategy: Design robust data pipelines to ensure high-quality training data for 2026-ready models.

Qualifications
- Education: MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, specifically with Generative AI tools.
- Tools: Expert level in Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud: Proven track record of deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
