Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact research projects focused on generative AI, predictive modeling, and autonomous agents.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management and engineering teams to define roadmap priorities for the 2026 release cycle.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, publishing patents and papers in top-tier conferences.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision, with a portfolio of deployed production models.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations.
