Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of scalable deep learning algorithms for autonomous systems.
- Design and prototype novel neural network architectures with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate closely with product teams to translate complex research into production-ready AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance for speed and accuracy in high-latency environments.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and statistical analysis to validate new methodologies.
- Mentor junior researchers and conduct technical training sessions within the department.
- Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing emerging trends in quantum computing and edge AI.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Extensive experience programming in Python and utilizing frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Strong proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for solving complex, ambiguous problems.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
