Responsibilities

- Mentor & Inspire: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior data scientists and engineers, conducting technical workshops, and promoting best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI research, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
