Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 AI product innovations.
- Design and train state-of-the-art deep learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Lead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate research into scalable, production-ready software.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure model performance, fairness, and explainability in high-stakes environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development.
- Deep expertise in LLMs, Transformers, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow).
