Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Artificial Intelligence models, with a focus on scalability and efficiency for the 2026 market.
- Design and implement novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to translate theoretical research into deployable products.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, data analysis, and performance benchmarking to ensure model accuracy and robustness.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI research, machine learning engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Spark).
- Demonstrated ability to publish research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or patentable inventions.
