Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient AI systems capable of handling next-generation workloads and data complexity.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agents.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and C-level executives to translate technical strategy into actionable product features.
- Establish Best Practices: Set rigorous standards for code quality, data privacy, and ethical AI implementation across the organization.
- Market Analysis: Monitor emerging trends in the tech industry to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic AI role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and translate them into operational plans.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
