Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable software solutions for autonomous driving systems, focusing on real-time decision making and sensor fusion.
- Lead the research and development of neural network models to improve perception accuracy in complex urban environments.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize system performance and power consumption for edge devices.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure compliance with upcoming 2026 regulatory standards for autonomous vehicles.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and safety-first thinking.
- Oversee the integration of cloud-based data analytics with on-board vehicle processing units.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Autonomous Systems.
- Expert proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and CUDA.
- Deep understanding of computer vision algorithms, LiDAR processing, and sensor fusion technologies.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
