Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models for autonomous navigation and decision-making.
- Optimize real-time inference pipelines for edge computing devices to ensure low-latency performance.
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to integrate AI algorithms seamlessly into robotic hardware.
- Establish and enforce rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines for autonomous agents.
- Lead research initiatives exploring next-generation reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on robotics or autonomous systems.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Extensive experience with sensor fusion technologies (LiDAR, Radar, and Computer Vision).
- Strong understanding of systems architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI models.
