Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems using Python and Go.
- Design robust RESTful APIs and microservices to support our growing user base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster technical growth.
- Optimize database queries and infrastructure for speed and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Proficiency in Python, Django, or FastAPI.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and database management (PostgreSQL, Redis).
