Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security across the platform.
- Optimize application performance, reduce latency, and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
