Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead migration of on-premise systems to cloud platforms with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Optimize cloud costs through architecture improvements and resource monitoring
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement infrastructure-as-code practices
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and conduct cloud architecture reviews
- Develop automation scripts to streamline deployment and maintenance processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with AWS/GCP certification
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation scripting
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and container orchestration
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of leading complex cloud migration projects
