Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize cloud costs through architecture reviews and resource allocation strategies
- Lead migration projects from on-premise to multi-cloud environments
- Develop monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana for 24/7 system observability
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with DevOps and security teams for compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Present technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cloud infrastructure with AWS/GCP certification
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS/GKE)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Understanding of security best practices for cloud environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to obtain government clearance (if required)
