Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat with exceptional resolution rates
- Resolve complex billing and technical support issues using CRM software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows
- Maintain detailed customer records and documentation in Salesforce
- Identify upsell opportunities while maintaining customer trust
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to team performance metrics with 95%+ satisfaction targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Spanish language fluency highly desirable
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required
