Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client accounts in the El Paso region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct regular check-ins and health checks to ensure client satisfaction and product adoption.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Track customer metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Lead training sessions and onboarding processes for new clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend shifts.
