Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify market trends and business opportunities for Central Valley clients
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Create compelling visualizations and reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data-driven strategies
- Maintain data quality standards and implement governance protocols
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for product improvements
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven ability to translate complex insights for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (preferred)
